Old Spice Breathes a Breath of Fresh Hair into NASCAR by Putting Corey LaJoie's Face and Hair on Daytona 500 Car to Launch NEW Dry Shampoo

MOORESVILLE, NC (February 11, 2019) -- Go Fas Racing is proud to announce that Old Spice, the manliest grooming brand on the planet, will be the primary sponsor of Corey LaJoie's No. 32 Ford Mustang for the 2019 Daytona 500 to launch the brand’s first-ever Dry Shampoo. The event, scheduled for Sunday, February 17, will mark Old Spice's return to NASCAR, and their first sponsorship in the sport since 2013.

"It's really cool to see Old Spice come back into the sport. Obviously, they're such a big brand and they always have some very innovative marketing and some really funny advertising out there. To be part of that going forward is really exciting. It's a dream come true to carry their brand at our biggest race of the year, the Daytona 500," said driver Corey LaJoie. "With my new team, Go Fas Facing and the new Ford Mustang, I couldn't be more pumped to get down to Daytona with Old Spice onboard!"

The Daytona 500 will mark LaJoie's first race with Go Fas Racing. Last year, he finished 24th in the same event while driving for TriStar Motorsports. In that same race, Go Fas Racing was set to have their best finish in team history when caught up in a crash with two laps to go while running in the top-5. This year, LaJoie, Go Fas and in partnership with Old Spice, will attempt to win their first-ever top-5 finish.

LaJoie and the No. 32 Go Fas Racing team will also be competing in the qualifying races for the Daytona 500, representing Old Spice.
